A separate 1993 Conservation Easement between Marjorie S.G. Graff and the Upper Raritan Watershed Association, a New Jersey not-for-profit, covers land designated Block 39, Lot 12, protecting it in perpetuity in its natural, open and existing state.

The easement recognizes significant natural habitat and ecosystem supporting native plants and wildlife including threatened and endangered species; flood plains, freshwater wetlands and stream headwater systems within the Lamington / North Branch Raritan river system watershed; and ecologically significant areas adjacent to Middle Brook, a tributary of the North Branch of the Raritan.
